Welcome to My Palette Library, a tool built by Out There Watercolors for the artist community. By using this application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Your Art is Yours (Ownership)

You retain full ownership of the palettes, notes, and data you create. We claim no intellectual property rights over the color combinations or inventories you build within the app. We built this tool to help you organize your practice, not to capture your creative work.

2. Attribution & Sharing

We will never publicly display, reproduce, or use your specific palettes for marketing purposes without giving you proper credit. If we ever wish to feature a user's palette (e.g., as a "Community Pick"), we will attribute it to you.

3. Limited License

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store, host, and display your data back to you so the application functions correctly on your devices.

4. "As Is" Service

This app is an independent project provided "as is." While we strive for perfection, Out There Watercolors is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of this tool.

5. Acceptable Use

Please use this tool respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that use the service for illegal activities or attempt to compromise the security of the application.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
