Privacy Policy for Out There Watercolors Reviews

Out There Watercolors Reviews is an integration used by Out There Watercolors to display public Google Business Profile reviews on outtherewatercolors.com.

Google data we access

The integration accesses the Out There Watercolors Google Business Profile through the Google Business Profile API. It may retrieve:

  • The business name and location identifier

  • The aggregate rating and total review count

  • Public review ratings, comments, and dates

  • Reviewers’ public display names and profile images

  • Public photos or video thumbnails attached to reviews

The integration does not access website visitors’ Google accounts, passwords, email, contacts, files, or other private Google information.

How the data is used

The information is used only to display Out There Watercolors reviews on the Out There Watercolors website and keep the review display automatically updated.

Storage and retention

Public review information may be temporarily cached for up to one hour to improve reliability and reduce unnecessary requests to Google. The cache is automatically replaced when the reviews refresh.

Authorization credentials are managed by Google Apps Script and are not exposed to Squarespace or website visitors.

Sharing

Out There Watercolors does not sell Google user data. Public review information is displayed on outtherewatercolors.com. Google and Squarespace may process information as necessary to provide their respective services and according to their own privacy policies.

Website visitors

The reviews integration itself does not collect personal information from website visitors. Squarespace may process standard website information, such as technical logs or cookies, according to Squarespace’s policies and the website’s settings.

Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect the integration and its authorization credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the integration or its data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
